To purchase an album directly from this site:

We accept payments using debit or credit cards via our PAYPAL account - a globally recognised secure online payment service which accepts all types of card payments.

Once you click on our 'Buy Now' button on our merchandise page, you are then transferred to our secure PayPal payment page, and from there you can complete the transaction securely and safely with knowledge that your financial information is never shared with the merchant or the internet.

You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to purchase a CD from our site. Using PayPal payment services is free of charge for the purchaser. Purchasing through PayPal helps protect your card information by using industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Purchase by Cheque or Bank Transfer:

You can opt to pay by cheque or by bank transfer. However the cheque payment method will take longer for you to receive the album, due to post and money clearance etc. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us.

You'll need to send an email order giving the following information :-

• ALBUM TITLE/S AND ID NUMBER

• DELIVERY NAME AND ADDRESS

• EMAIL ADDRESS and CONTACT PHONE No.

A confirmation email will be sent to you by return, confirming your order, remittance due and details where to send your payment. The item will be sent once payment has cleared.

CD Albums are dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Worldwide shipping is available - please enquire by email for quotation.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase or if it arrives in a damaged condition and you wish to return your item/s please contact us by email as soon as possible.

You will need to return the item within 7 days of receipt - cost of return post is not redeemable. Upon return we will either replace it or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS

Every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change request providing your order has not yet been processed and dispatched. To expedite the cancellation process please contact us as soon as possible.
